The idea

From the beginning, the idea was not only to help with donations, but above all to carry out capacity building on site and create direct income opportunities. This is how the ABURY store came into being. We support the local artisans with workshops in design and quality management. Together, we create exceptional, handmade products that we sell internationally through the store and reinvest the profits back into our projects – creating fair income opportunities locally at the same time.
