NEW: The “Carry Confidence” Collection – Supporting women on their path to independence

With the launch of the new Carry Confidence collection, another meaningful project of the ABURY Shop takes shape. These handcrafted bags are created in close collaboration with artisans in Marrakesh, providing fair income opportunities on the ground. Every purchase drives social impact: 100% of the shop’s profits are reinvested into our education and women’s empowerment programs.

Each product in this collection carries a bigger purpose into the world: More confidence. More opportunities. A brighter future for women and girls.

The ABURY Hospitality Academy Enters Its Second Round

Following the successful graduation of our first cohort, the ABURY Hospitality Academy Marrakech is preparing to welcome a new group of young women this autumn.

The nine-month programme equips participants with the skills and confidence needed to build careers in the hospitality industry. Alongside hands-on professional training, they develop language, digital, and leadership skills that support them on their journey towards independent and sustainable employment. In addition, participants complete a three-month internship with one of our local hospitality partners, including Four Seasons, Amanjena, The Oberoi, and Radisson Blu.

In the video, Hajiba, Director of the Academy, introduces the programme and shares how it is creating new opportunities for young women in Marrakech.
